Church at 10:45. Ate dinner at Nobicks. Fair meal. Home after meal. Took Mrs. Rhode home.

Mary & family except Kay come to spend evening.

Ruth & Woody after boys from church.

January 29, 1955 (Saturday)

Fred & Mary took us to Eddies for [small] supper. I had oysters. Then went to Central - Anderson basketball game at Clay township school. Central beat.

Judy & Terry at Ft. Wayne over weekend with church youth.

January 27, 1955 (Thursday)

Margaret not here today.

Sears-Roebuck man here to go over washer. Charge $5.00

Coat dress cleaned $1.30

Talked with Mrs. Barber & also Mrs. Anderson over phone.

Sally stopped for a half hour. Had all As but one subject - art - on her card.

Not feeling so good today. Cold settled all over. Throat bothers me so much.

John & I went to 10:45 church

Had dinner at "Joys". Come home.

John went to show with Marvin Davis.

John over at church in afternoon.

Grocery shopped at IGA - $6.50

Drove to Reidenbach for rugs - made 4 - $6.75. Got stuck in drifts & fellow pulled us out.

January 20, 1955 (Thursday)

Mary went along to Dr. McFarland to have eyes tested. He was very nice. Rather nervous strain. Sally & I went to Central / Riley basketball game. .. 80 .. 67

Blanch Austin here for an hour. I was about to go away.

John took me to game at John Adams Central.

Church at 10:45 with John, Fred & Mary here for couple of hours in evening, left at 8:30

Got new coat at Gilberts $39.95. Norma Davis took me up there. Sewed at home today.
