Sat with Woody, Tom, & Mary at 10:45 church.

Eat at Holliday - good meal.

Drove around an hour & home.

Over to Crawfords & Andersons but neither family home.

Sally & Conny sang very nice at service.

June 5, 1955 (Sunday)

Fred & Mary here Sunday evening a while.

Mary & I went to Judy's bacculorate at John Adams. Rabbi Shulman gave sermon.

John & I at 10:45 church. Sat with Ruth.

Bob Clark left for Chicago today. Will miss him.

May 29, 1955 (Sunday)

Went to church at 10:45 - Tom was confirmed, very nice service. All of Fiedler, Crawford family were there. Ruth, Woody, & his mother & sister Marj. I feel very happy that Ruth & W had him join the church.

John & I took flowers out to both cemetarys for Decoration day.

We were all up to Ruth's for a fine supper.

Mary bought 2 geraniums & John 2 doz. peonies. Gave Tom book & tie.

May 22, 1955 (Sunday)

Went to 10:45 church. Saw Ruth & Elwood there.

Had dinner at Joys.

Chas brought Sib for a few hours.

May 15, 1955 (Sunday)

J & I to 10:45 church. John took me to Joy's dinner. Drove about for several hours to Christian Lake & other places. Home at 3:30.

Evening over to church - new members party. John done well with welcome.

John & I went to Olivger[?] girls recital at Brethern church about 4 PM. Very nice.

May 1, 1955 (Sunday)

I went to early church. Beautiful day. Walked too & back with Mrs. Carl Winther.

John & I had dinner at Mahews. Drove to Demmerts at Birch Lake but they were not there. She had asked me but some misunderstanding.

April 24, 1955 (Sunday)

I went to early church. Come home & went to bed for a while, so dizzy yet.

John slept until 12:30 PM.

Took bouquet of tulips over for Jim who is still in hospital.

April 10, 1955 (Easter Sunday)

[in upper margin] Judy brought a little creamer from Niagara Falls on her trip.

Went to early church. Home & had 2nd breakfast. Fred M. took John & I to LaSalle hotel for dinner. Come home & shorely[shortly?] R & Wood & family come. Gave me carnation corsage. John got me pot of Easter Lilies. Mary & family come & spent afternoon talking & looking at flowers. So nice to have them here & they had lunch with us which to me was the nicest gift of all. Left at 9:30. Really a big day.

April 3, 1955 (Sunday)

John & I went to 10:45 church services.

Eat at Joys after going out to airport first, big line up.

Drove out to Bremen & small towns, then to N. Liberty & Fish Lake. Looks different then 15 yrs ago.

March 27, 1955 (Sunday)

Church at 10:45. Eat dinner at Joy's. Afterwards John took me to see Country Girl at Granada - Bing Crosby & Kelley

Fred & Mary came at 7:30 left at 8:30 PM.

Charles Siefer phoned & then talked with Sib.

March 20, 1955 (Sunday)

Church at 10:45 AM.

Dinner at Fred's at 1 PM.

Crawfords, Andersons, all there for ice cream & cake in afternoon.

I came back at 6 PM with Crawfords.

John bowled at Elkhart in afternoon & gone for evening.

March 13, 1955 (Sunday)

I went to early church.

Dinner at home. Afternoon drove to Anna Each [?] at Laport. Met Will & Catherine Neal & had a real visit. Home about 6:30 P.M.  Anna just fine. Sullivan had Ice Follies on his program in eve.

Catherine Schall had another baby boy.

January 23, 1955 (Sunday)

John & I went to 10:45 church

Had dinner at "Joys". Come home.

John went to show with Marvin Davis.

John over at church in afternoon.

Ruth - Woody here after boys.
